data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"205\" data-end=\"498\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> The River Chalet Guesthouse is only rented as a whole (the entire property), not by individual rooms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a4021a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a4021a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5>2.1. About renting<\/h5><ul><li>Object of rental: the entire property (accommodation space, dining room, kitchen\/restaurant, saunas, hot tub, terraces, conference room and related facilities), according to the contract.<\/li><li>The purpose of the rental is established in the contract (for example: private party \/ retreat \/ private event).<\/li><li>The number of people and details of services (meals, serving hours, etc.) are confirmed in advance, according to the contract.<\/li><\/ul><h5>2.2. Check-in \/ Check-out<\/h5><ul><li>Check-in and check-out times are NOT fixed. They are mutually agreed upon, prior to arrival, depending on availability and logistics.<\/li><li>For example, arrival can be after 10:00 PM or departure can be extended, if agreed in advance.<\/li><li>We reserve the right to modify the initially communicated hours, in operational situations (cleaning, maintenance, schedule changes), with prior notice.<\/li><\/ul><h5>2.3. Rates and payments<\/h5><ul><li>The reservation is considered valid after payment of an advance of 30% of the total contract value.<\/li><li>The difference of 70% is paid at least 5 days before check-in.<\/li><li>Failure to pay on time may incur penalties of 1%\/day of delay, according to the contract (where applicable).<\/li><li>Meal services (lunch\/dinner) are available upon request and may be charged separately, according to the contract and\/or the communicated offer.<\/li><\/ul><h5>2.4. Cancellations \/ no-shows<\/h5><ul><li>Cancellation less than 20 days before check-in: the tenant owes 30% of the total value of the contract, as compensation.<\/li><li>No-show or cancellation less than 10 days before check-in: the tenant owes 100% of the total value of the contract, as compensation.<\/li><\/ul><h5>2.5. Handover-receipt, liability and damages<\/h5><ul><li>The handover is done based on a report (handover-receipt), which records the condition of the space and any non-functional\/damaged elements.<\/li><li>The tenant is responsible for damage to the space, inventory items and technical accessories made available.<\/li><li>If any shortages\/damages are found, these are recorded in the report, and the tenant pays the amount based on the invoice issued; usual payment term: max. 3 days from receipt of the invoice.<\/li><\/ul><h5>2.6. Cleaning and unmanned operation<\/h5><ul><li>If self-management is opted for (rental without staff), the tenant is obliged to dispose of and perform primary cleaning (interior\/exterior) of the used goods.<\/li><li>Optionally, the owner can provide cleaning staff, for a fee.<\/li><li>Failure to comply with the primary cleaning obligation may generate additional costs billed based on the required working hours.<\/li><\/ul><h5>2.7. Peace, safety and rules of coexistence<\/h5><ul><li>The tenant is responsible for complying with legal regulations (including P.S.I.) and for the conduct of guests during the event\/stay.<\/li><li>The tenant undertakes to respect the rules regarding public peace (e.g. quiet periods), and any incidents with the authorities or neighbors are the responsibility of the tenant.<\/li><li>Activities with third parties (catering, concerts, educational activities, etc.) can only be carried out with the written consent of the owner; lack of consent may lead to immediate termination and eviction.<\/li><\/ul><h5>2.8. Confidentiality and termination<\/h5><ul><li>The tenant has a confidentiality obligation regarding the terms of the contract; disclosure may result in unilateral termination.<\/li><li>The owner may immediately stop activities that violate the purpose of the contract and may request the vacate of the space, recording the damages in a report.<\/li><li>In case of force majeure\/unforeseen circumstances, the owner may unilaterally terminate the contract, returning the amounts paid according to the contract.<\/li><\/ul><h5>2.9. How to cancel a reservation (cancellation mode)<\/h5>\nReservations for The River Chalet can only be cancelled or modified in writing, by email to <a style=\"color: #d2ab67;\" href=\"mailto:chalet@theriver.ro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chalet@theriver.ro<\/a>\nIn the message, please include: name, phone number, Order ID \/ reservation number, interval (check-in \/ check-out) and request (cancellation \/ modification).\nThe cancellation date is the date we receive the written notification.\n<h5>3.2. Cancellation conditions (return of services)<\/h5>\nAccommodation services are provided for a specific period\/date, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (according to the legislation on distance contracts for accommodation services with a specific date\/period).\nIn case of cancellation by the customer, there may be penalties according to the cancellation policy displayed on the site and\/or the accepted rental agreement.\n<h5>3.3.
