Menu types

In this section you will find the types of menus available at The River Chalet. The choice of menu and all details (number of people, days, serving hours, food preferences) are established after the rental, together with the guesthouse manager.

VERY IMPORTANT: Menus/meal services are not included in the rental rate and will be paid separately, additionally, according to the agreed options.

Rental conditions

Important: Pensiunea The River Chalet se închiriază doar integral (întreaga proprietate), unui singur grup.

1. About renting

Object of rental: the entire property (accommodation space, dining room, kitchen/restaurant, saunas, hot tub, terraces, conference room and related facilities), according to the contract.
The purpose of the rental is established in the contract (for example: corporate event / private event).
The number of people and details of services (meals, serving hours, etc.) are confirmed in advance, according to the contract.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are NOT fixed. They are mutually agreed upon, prior to arrival, depending on availability and logistics.
For example, arrival can be after 10:00 PM or departure can be extended, if agreed in advance.

3. Rates and payments

Meal services (lunch/dinner) are available upon request and are priced separately, according to the contract and/or the communicated offer.

4. Cancellations / no-shows

Cancellation less than 20 days before check-in: the tenant owes 30% of the total value of the contract, as compensation.
No-show or cancellation less than 10 days before check-in: the tenant owes 100% of the total value of the contract, as compensation.

5. Handover, liability and damages

Predarea pensiunii se face pe bază de proces-verbal (predare-primire), în care se consemnează starea spațiului și eventualele elemente nefuncționale/avariate.
Chiriașul răspunde pentru daunele aduse proprietății închiriate, lipsa obiectelor de inventar și a accesoriilor tehnice puse la dispoziție.
If any damage or shortages are found, they are recorded in the report, and the tenant pays the amount based on the invoice issued; usual payment term: max. 3 days from receipt of the invoice.

6. Cleanliness and unmanned operation

If self-management is opted for (rental without staff), the tenant is obliged to dispose of and perform primary cleaning (interior/exterior) of the used goods.
Optionally, the owner can provide cleaning staff, for a fee.
Failure to comply with the primary cleaning obligation may generate additional costs billed based on the required working hours.

7. Peace, safety and rules of coexistence

Chiriașul (titularul contractului) este responsabil pentru respectarea normelor P.S.I., pentru conduita invitaților, cât și pentru respectarea Legii 61/1991, republicată, privind tulburarea liniștii publice pe durata închirierii, iar eventualele incidente cu autoritățile ori vecinii revin în sarcina chiriașului.
Activități cu terți (catering, concerte, activități educaționale etc.) se pot desfășura doar cu acordul scris al proprietarului; lipsa acordului poate duce la rezilierea contractului și evacuarea imediată, fără protest.
